Looks like more competition for our friends at Blackboard. I ca see this taking off particularly at high school and, perhaps, in some smaller colleges which do not choose to dish out the thousands it takes to run Bb.

Bots are Better
I prefer to use bots myself. With a little training, they can behave just as intelligently as I can, and students really appreciate their sensitivity to their various plights. ;-)

CNET has a review, but it is
CNET has a review, but it is pretty limited. From looking about it seems to offer everything that WebCT does, but easier, and for free. They say in the future they will consider ads and paid upgrades. Also from looking around it seems that most of the schools that are already using this are precisely the ones you mention above, high schools, and small schools. Nothing particularly fancy about the layout, but overall looks promising.
